British Land is brining forward plans to create new office space, a route through to Ealing Broadway station from the Town Centre, home for the historic Ealing Club and a better range of shops, that together would help revitalise this part of Ealing Town Centre and deliver wider prosperity to the Broadway. Known as ‘The Broadway Connection’, upon competition it could be directly responsible for the creation of 2,700 jobs in Ealing Broadway and increase local spending by £7.7million a year.

A planning application is being prepared and will be submitted to the London Borough of Ealing later this summer. It’s elected planning and transport committee will then be reviewing the feedback from local communities about the scheme and taking this into consideration before taking a decision on whether to approve these plans later this year. Your support is therefore vital in making this development a reality.
