British Land is considering the future of several key properties and sites in Ealing Broadway, driven by a commitment to maintaining a thriving town centre now and long into its future. We are currently undergoing consultation for the development of 10-40 The Broadway, known as ‘The Broadway Connection’. This will present an opportunity to deliver the type of office space needed to bring jobs and long-term prosperity to Ealing town centre.

You can find out more details about the plans for this site by visiting The Broadway Connection page.

The Broadway Connection

Formerly known as ’10-40 The Broadway’, we are at the very early stages of considering how to improve this part of the town centre. At present our vision is focused on creating new office space, improving the retail and food & beverage offer, as well as the connections to Ealing Broadway Station.

International House – 7 The High Street

International House comprises approximately 100,000 sqft of office space and is sat above the shops that line the High Street on the western end of the shopping centre. The offices are accessed from street level via elevators. Working with architects Barr Gazetas, we have set out plans for this office building to bring it up to modern standards, provide additional high quality commercial space and improve its overall appearance.
