A new cinema and mixed-use community venue is coming to the High Street

Pioneering high street regeneration developer and operator, Really Local Group, has signed a deal with British Land. They will look to transform the former Karma Club, located on the ground floor and basement of Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre, into a new independent three screen cinema and mixed-use community arts venue with affordable entertainment at its core. The venue has received planning approval and is set to open in early 2022.

New high quality office space at International House

International House forms part of Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre. We are looking to bring the existing office space up to modern standards and create additional space that could bring many more jobs and local investment to the area.

We are also aiming for this to be a ‘best in class’ refurbishment in terms of sustainability. A planning application was recently granted approval by Ealing Council’s Planning Committee following a period of consultation with the local community. Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Cafe to open on the High Street

You may have seen already that Gordon Ramsay’s new café has opened in one of our units located at Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre. Named Bread Street Café, the menu offers a selection of British favourites, Gordon Ramsay’s classics, as well as some dished made just for Ealing.

The Department for Work and Pensions to open new office on The Broadway

We are pleased to announce that we have completed the £6.5m refurbishment of 54 The Broadway in Central Ealing and reached a deal with the Department for Work and Pensions to secure the tenancy of the space. The building, previously known as Crystal House, is located on the south side of The Broadway and sits above the main shopping centre.
