British Land is considering the future of several key properties and sites in Ealing Broadway, driven by a commitment to maintaining a thriving town centre now and long into its future. We therefore invite you to view our overall vision for Ealing town centre as well as approved plans for International House.
At this time, British Land are seeking feedback on their new proposals to develop The Broadway Connection. This will present an opportunity to deliver much of the critical mass needed to bring jobs and long-term prosperity to Ealing town centre.

A new cinema and mixed-use community venue is coming to the High Street
You may have seen already in local news but we are delighted that Gordon Ramsay will be opening a new cafe in one of our units located at Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre!
New high quality office space at International House
International House forms part of Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre. We are looking to bring the existing office space up to modern standards and create additional space that could bring many more jobs and local investment to the area.
Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Cafe to open on the High Street
You may have seen already in local news but we are delighted that Gordon Ramsay will be opening a new cafe in one of our units located at Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre! Named Bread Street Cafe, the menu will offer a selection of British favourites, Gordon Ramsay’s classics, as well as some dishes made just for Ealing. The new cafe is set to open on 23 August.
The Department for Work and Pensions to open new office on The Broadway
We are pleased to announce that we have completed the £6.5m refurbishment of 54 The Broadway in Central Ealing and reached a deal with the Department for Work and Pensions to secure the tenancy of the space. The building, previously known as Crystal House, is located on the south side of The Broadway and sits above the main shopping centre.
